Experienced medical device executive, investor, entrepreneur, and former Marine Corps Officer. David has led over $2.5B in closed transactions, and managed sales from commercialization through acquisition for a number of companies (most recently at Medicrea; acquired by Medtronic for $158M), and founded the largest physician social network (Doc Social). David has a proven record of superior performance in developing and executing commercialization strategies for spinal implants, biologics, specialized orthopedics, novel biotechnology, surgical support services, and digital healthcare solutions.

Madeline Miernicki

Managing Partner

Proven commercial leader, with a tremendous track record of success across a wide variety of healthcare technologies. Prior to leading sales in the Pacific Northwest and Northern California for Surgalign, Madeline worked at the largest Stryker distributor in the country where she excelled in driving adoption of innovative products across Orthopaedics, Neurotechnology, and Spine. With a Master’s in Public Health from the University of Southern California, she is passionate about delivering life-changing therapies to patients through partnership with an expansive network of surgeon and physician providers
